FROM WHAT TIME CAN I ENTER THE APARTMENTS ON THE DAY OF ARRIVAL?
Check-in is possible from 2:00 p.m. You can check in directly at our reception desk until 6:00 p.m. Outside of these hours, there is a totem (kiosk) at the entrance to the apartments where you can self-check in and obtain the access code to your apartment. All reservations made directly through our website have free early check-in with entry from 10:00 a.m. This service is subject to availability and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance (T. 34 977 877 911 191 – recepcion@portplazaapartaments.com).
HOW CAN I ENTER MY APARTMENT IF THE RECEPTION IS CLOSED?
On the day of your arrival and provided that you have completed your online check-in, we will send you the access codes to the apartment, when the apartment is ready. You have one code to open the main door of the building and a second one that opens the door of the apartment. If you have not completed your online check-in, at the entrance to the building there is a totem (kiosk) with which you can perform a self-check-in and obtain the access code to your apartment.
CAN I CANCEL MY RESERVATION?
All reservations with flexible rates can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before your arrival. If you cancel outside this period or do not show up, we will charge the price of the first night. For reservations between 16/06 and 16/09, we will charge 1 night if you cancel within 48 hours of arrival.
WHAT CAN I DO IF I ARRIVE BEFORE CHECK-IN TIME?
During the times when our reception is open, we have a luggage storage service so you can leave your luggage while you wait for check-in.
AT WHAT TIME DO I HAVE TO LEAVE MY APARTMENT ON THE DAY OF DEPARTURE?
Check-out must be before 11:00 am.
WHAT IF I WANT TO CHECK OUT LATE ON THE LAST DAY OF MY STAY?
Late check-out after 11:00 must be requested at reception at least 24 hours in advance and is subject to availability. The surcharge is €35 until 18:00. If you have made your reservation through our website or through the reservation centre, you have a free late check-out until 14:00. This courtesy service is subject to availability and must be requested at reception at least 24 hours in advance.
WHERE CAN I LEAVE MY LUGGAGE AFTER LEAVING THE APARTMENT?
We have a luggage storage service so you can leave your luggage until 6:00 p.m. on the day of your departure.
DO THE APARTMENTS HAVE THEIR OWN PARKING FOR GUESTS?
Yes, we have our own secure parking just a few metres from the apartment. The cost is €17/night and includes electric chargers. Please reserve it at our reception on the day of your arrival (subject to availability).

Accepted cards are Visa and Mastercard.
CAN I STAY WITH MY PET?
Pets are not allowed in the apartments.

We have cots available (price: €7 for your entire stay). We also have highchairs at your disposal, available during breakfast in our breakfast room or for you to take to your apartment.
WHAT DOES THE BREAKFAST SERVICE CONSIST OF?
Every day from 8:00 to 10:30 (Sundays and holidays until 11:00) we offer a full continental buffet breakfast in our coworking room next to the reception. You can book it when you make your reservation or on the day of your arrival at our reception (service price: €8/person/day).
IS THERE AN ELEVATOR TO ACCESS THE APARTMENTS?
Yes, we have an elevator with access to all floors.

All 1-week stays include 1 cleaning service and change of bed linen and towels. If you require an extra cleaning service, you can book it at our reception (service price €20/day).
CAN I REQUEST AN EXTRA BED?
We do not have extra beds. All our apartments have a sofa bed.
WHAT ARE THE DIMENSIONS OF THE BEDS?
The double beds measure 1.80m and the single beds 90cm.

Yes, all apartments have air conditioning.

Yes, all apartments have a private bathroom with a shower.
DO ALL APARTMENTS HAVE A KITCHENS?
Yes, all apartments have a kitchen. They are equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster and capsule coffee machine. The kitchen also has kitchenware and utensils for use during your stay, and a welcome pack consisting of 1 dishwasher tablet, a bottle of dishwashing liquid, a cloth, a dishcloth and a scouring pad.
ARE THERE COFFEE AND TEA MACHINES IN THE APARTMENTS?
We have capsule coffee machines.
If you have made your reservation directly through our website or reservation center, you will receive a welcome pack of 3 coffee capsules.
We also have kettles available for our guests at reception (upon request).

No, but there is a laundry room on site with everything you need to wash, dry and iron your clothes (service price: €4).
